We, Jeroen & Carla have both been active in the restaurant sector for 22 years. We passionately operated De Hermelijn in Wannegem-Lede for 11 years, but after 22 years of weekend and evening work, we decided it was time for something different. We started our search for the perfect property to open a B&B. When we visited La Posterie, it was love at first sight! We saw the potential and that's how our new adventure began...
